Coping with anxiety has become prevalent in recent years among students. Helen regularly presents on this topic for National Parents Council.
Helen Mortimer is the former National Anti-Bullying Coordinator with the ISPCC. A community activist, Helen has a strong track record in addressing issues of inequality, injustice, discrimination and social exclusion. She has extensive research experience focusing on better outcomes for children, resilience, mental health and the promotion of empathy. She has an MA in Family Support, a BA in English & Psychology and a BA in Education & Training.
Refreshments will be served on the night. We look forward to meeting you at this information evening and hope it will be of support to all families.
