We were delighted to welcome Minister for Education @NormaFoleyTD1 to our school today. Student leadership and wellbeing took centre stage and the students really enjoyed chatting with the Minister and her colleagues.

Huge congratulations to Abril Allende who took 1st place in 100 Breast and 2nd Place in 100 Free (13-14 year old age group) at the Leinster Senior School Championships in the National Aquatic Centre.
Sion Hill (represented by Abril) placed 28 out of 75 schools.
Congratulations to Prachi Agrawal (5th Year) on reaching the regional finals in the 'Action Talks Speech Writing Competition'. Prachi is one of five students in the Leinster region to qualify. The competition, run by ActionAid Ireland and now in its ninth year, was open to all students aged 14 to 17 across Ireland. ActionAid Ireland works with women and children, as they take the lead in claiming their human rights to build a more just world.
