TY 10km Charity Hike - 15th October 2021

Dear Parents/Guardians and TY Students The TY 10km Charity Hike from Bray to Greystones is taking place on Friday 15th October 2021. Students will depart from school at 11.15 and make their own way to Bray promenade. Please plan your journey – check out the bus/dart times. Students are expected to meet Ms O’Shea, McGettrick, Ms Burke-Kennedy, Ms Dillon and myself at 12pm at the DART station end of the promenade. DO NOT BE LATE. On completing the walk from Bray to Greystone students will make their own way home from Greystones. Bring your lunch, water and snacks, sun cream. Be prepared for the weather. Wear your school PE uniform, walking runners, WALKING SOCKS. Bring blister plasters. It is important that if a student has a niggling injury that she will have the appropriate medial bandages etc. Hopefully the weather will remain kind and that we will have a great time on the walk. 5th Yr Tag Rugby - Apologies

Evening all, Firstly apologies about the time of this notification. The school app has been down all day due to a problem with the server. Details for tomorrows tag rugby are as follows. Venue: Stradbrook Rugby Club Time: 3.30-5.30 Students must make their way by public transport (46a) to the venue. Students will be let out of school in small groups to travel together with all students arriving before 3.30. The cost is €5.25 per student and can be made through the school shop section on the school app. All monies raised will be donated to Jigsaw Mental Health Charity. All students must attend and take part on their allocated team. Students must wear full crested school tracksuit into school and can change into their team colours at lunch time. A permission form will also be posted on the app to give your daughter permission to leave school from 3.30. Please fill this out before 2.30 tomorrow. Afternoon Parents & Guardians Please find the attached hockey fixtures for this coming week. Please can all hockey players check the notice board every Tuesday (Lunch time) for each weeks teams. Roll call will be taken at each game relative to each weeks team lists. Students not showing up to team games (without an excuse) will be spoken to the following Monday. It is crucial for team sports that attendance is accountable and sport and hockey fixtures can run smoothly and be enjoyable for all. If students cannot attend a game for any reason they must inform Mr Carolan the day before the fixture or as early as possible in the week. Really appreciate your support is this matter Mr.Carolan
