1st years v Teacher's soccer

It's been over 2 years since the students got a crack off the teachers (or the other way round!) in a soccer game. It was great to see the 1st years battle it out with the staff at lunchtime today, with the help of some TYs. Needless to say who were victorious! Enjoy the Easter break everyone!
Senior Rugby

It was a second semi-final defeat in a week for our rugby teams as our senior team were beaten by Patrican Academy, Mallow in Cork today. 2 tries from Darragh O'Grady and one from Aona O'Shea wasn't enough as the Cork side ran out deserved winners. Well done to all the players for reaching this stage of the competition.

No joy for the senior ladies today in the county final, a strong final 5 minutes saw Pres Killarney clinch victory. An exciting finish to a great game of football. Best of luck to our 5 leaving certs in their exams and thanks for your dedication over the years.

Not to be for our u17 soccer team today against a very slick Ashton outfit from Cork going down 4-3, a brave battle and everyone can be proud of their efforts. Thanks to all who were involved all year @faireland @faischools

Killarney RFC was the venue for the U-16 King Cup semi-final against Kinsale CS. The Cork side ran out deserved winners on a scoreline of 43-21. Well done to the ISK side who battled well throughout.
1st Year Parent Teacher Meeting

Well done to our 2nd year girls basketballere who beat Mount Mercy College Cork today which now sees them through to the All-Ireland quarter finals after Easter in Tallaght. Super stuff girls, a great end to the term!

The Junior tour drew to a close today with another action packed day in #Amsterdam. A fantastic trip, full of fun and laughter where life long memories were made. Well done to a super group of students!

Congratulations to Nancy O Connor 1L who won two Awards at the Student Enterprise Programme in Tralee today. She won 'Best Entrepreneur journey' and 'Junior Gaeilge' for her project Bosca Cliste - a six sided cube with fun activities on each side. It is to introduce young children to learn small phrases in Irish. Well done Nancy, a great achievement!
