Our TYs had a fantastic workshop this morning with Stephen Murray of Inspire Ireland working on building confidence in their literary skills, as well as public speaking and more advanced rhetorical techniques inspireland.ie/school-poetry-workshops/

As part of their Driver Education Module with Mr. Buckley the TYs visited Mondello Park today and had a fantastic day which included driver theory and 30 minutes driving for each student. mondellopark.ie/early-drive @Mondello_Park

To mark their First Year in the school there will be a Barbeque on Thursday 2nd June at 12.30pm for 1st Year students, their parents / guardians and families. Guests are welcome to bring baked goods and sweet treats.

Summer exams for 1st, 2nd, TY and 5th years will begin on Thursday May 26th. TYs will finish on Monday May 30th, 5th years will finish on Tuesday May 31st, 2nd years will finish on Wednesday June 1st and 1st years will finish on Thursday June 2nd. Timetable to follow before exams commence. Thanks

A great way to finish off the football season today as the Junior A ladies won to became shield winners after a cracking game against neighbours Presentation Milltown. Great to see the Burke sisters battle it out today on opposing sides also! Well done to all the girls and their coaches who put in so much time throughout the year.
Second year sea swim for Pieta

A massive well done to all the second years who braved the waters of the Atlantic in March for their sponsored swim to raise much needed funds for Pieta. We are delighted to say they raised a whopping €2,000 for such a great cause. Super stuff!

Super Sleuths: TYs enjoyed a full day CSI experience on Thursday. Hands on activities and crime scenes galore.  We have a number of experts in crime scene analysis on our hands now.  Great Fun, Great learning. Thanks to Kieran and Jim from 'The CSI Experience'.
