SCHOOL: INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL KILLORGLIN
TOUR: 2ND YEAR EUROPEAN TOUR
PROPOSED DATE: October 2023 (3 NIGHTS)
PROPOSED PRICE: €695-Estimated
Background:
We propose to organise a European tour again in October 2023, if there are sufficient numbers. The school tour will be organised by The School Tour Company (Operator Licence No: T.O 256).
We attempt to accommodate all students. However, if numbers are too large we may have to operate a first come first served basis. Last year 78 pupils travelled and unfortunately some pupils were unable to be facilitated on the trip.
The above price is subject to availability and while our previous experience is that it will remain the same, we have seen big increases in flight and event costs this year.
Deposits:
In order to confirm your place on the above tour a deposit of €200 is required by the tour company to secure flights. This deposit will be non-refundable if flights are booked for your child. The remaining payments will be collected as follows €100 by 8th January 2023 and €395 by 8th May 2023.
Due to financial regulations, we ask that you use the option to pay online at www.schooltour.ie/payment/ using the tour reference 2001447 and destination European Tour. You will need to create an account the first time you log in for the payment.
Passports and EHIC card.
All students must travel on their own passport, EHIC card and Travel Covid Cert. Please ensure they are valid for travel in October 2023. This is the responsibility of the student and their family. Foreign nationals may require a separate visa and that will need to be organised privately.
Name Changes:
Please note that airlines charge a name fee per name and per sector. Please ensure you use the correct passport name at the time of booking.
Please return this form to Mr. Moynihan.
