Nice win for our 1st year team against Desmond College today, we top the group and get a home draw in the next round. Goals today from Darragh McKenna, Kieran Patton, Tommy Foley, Cade Jameson and Peter O Shea. Well done all topping off a great week of football. @faischools

Our TYs had another busy week this week. Activities included acorn-collecting in Tomies, prep work for our new poly tunnel, STEM Day 2 in the RDi Hub for the girls, voluntary work in Vincent’s & Community Garden and then a fundraising bake sale on Friday to round it off!

Well done to third year students Maria Mulvihill and Michael Mianowski who were both awarded with prizes for their entries to the Astellas calendar competition. Maria's piece will be featured as the artwork for September in the calendar, and Michael's was Highly Commended. A very well done to both students on their wonderful entries!

World Mental Health Day is on 10th October so we are asking all ISK staff and students to support this wonderful cause by contributing €1 on Friday 6th October which will go to the Killorglin & District Branch
