Archived : 08 Feb 2022, 12:00 AM
Dear 5th Year Parents & Guardians,
Tomorrow, there will a wellbeing workshop taking place for all 5th year students from 10am-1pm. The Soar Foundation create, and deliver, character building programs underpinned with key indicators of wellbeing proven to enhance quality of life and create positive adult identities. They do this by creating a dynamic interactive environment to connect with themselves and their peers in an authentic, respectful and non-judgemental way. Please encourage your son to participate to his best ability with this program as it is a real opportunity for him to get to know himself and his peers.
Half of our 5th Years will be involved in this workshop tomorrow, the other half will get an opportunity in March.
Tomorrow, Thursday 9th, the following students will be attending the workshop and it is fine for them to wear their own casual clothes and not the school uniform. These classes are: 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D & 5H.
The assigned rooms for the workshop will be displayed in the assembly tomorrow and will also be called out on the intercom. Please also see list below:
Room 1/5 - Class 5A and 9 students from 5D
Room 1/26 - Class 5B and 9 students from 5D
Library - Class 5C, 5H and 4 students from 5D
These classes will attend their 9.00am class and break at 9.40am before heading into these workshops at 10.00am.
