A wonderful evening of fine dining in our transformed Assembly Hall was enjoyed by all. From beautifully decorated surroundings to exquisite food, our TY students, guided and supported by Georga Dowling and Conor Wafer of Food School, Newbridge created an experience that will live long in our memories. Our sincere thanks also to our past pupils Aaron, Kaitlyn and Jack who participated in our first Pop Up Restaurant in February 2020 for assisting this years group.
