TY students assisted with the Special Olympics collection in Kilcullen on Friday 20th April. The residents of and visitors to Kilcullen were generous as always by contributing over €1000 to this worthy cause.
TY Community Care group visit Willowbrook Nursing Home

Students from the Community Care class were accompanied by their teacher Ms Grier Gray to visit the residents of Willowbrook Nursing Home yesterday. It was a lovely experience with singing and chat.
Book Sale, Pop Up Coffee shop and Cake Sale in aid of Active Learning Stools

Please support our Book Sale on 8th May to raise money to buy active learning stools for our students to use in class. You can help this very worthwhile cause by donating books. Books may be dropped to the boxes in reception or to the TY room. Thank you
1st Year Art Block

During their art block 1st year students were given the opportunity to use clay as a medium to construct 3D art work. The students showed a natural creative ability throughout the block with very successful results. Well done to all.

CPC photography club got off to a great start last week with 12 students joining. The level of talent already shown is very exciting. New members can join us tomorrow after school in the art room.
Shakespeare Trip

We enjoyed a lovely visit to Mary Arden's farm (mother of Shakespeare) and Anne Hathaway's family home (wife of Shakespeare) during the afternoon. This was followed by an outstanding performance of Romeo and Juliet by The Royal Shakespeare Company. Some of our students even met Bally Gill who played Romeo after the show!

The creative process is over flowing from room 16. Students at Junior and Senior level have completed numerous art projects, showing their creative talents, throughout the school term. Well done to all.
