Comhghairdeachas ó chroí le Faye Greely agus Molly Ní Shé a bhuaigh an Gradam Grúpa d’Éachtaí an Gharda Síochána as an obair charthanachta atá ar bun acu do na Cara Projects sa Chéinia. Fógraíodh é seo ar chlár speisialta ar Radio Kerry tráthnóna Dé Sathairn. Bhí sé deas cloisint ó Paddy O’Connor ó Cara Projects a thug ardmholadh do Faye agus Molly. Anuas air sin, bhí teachtaireacht deas ó Edwina, duine de na cailíní ón gCéinia ag gabháil buíochais leo chomh maith. Is mór an chreidiúint dóibh féin iad, dá muintir agus don scoil. Comhghairdeachas leis le Maisie agus Edie Hall a bhuaigh gradam chomh maith as obair iontach éagsúil atá déanta acu le daltaí bunscoile sa tSráidbhaile agus i gCaisleán an Ghriaire. Congratulations to Faye Greely and Molly Ní Shé on winning the overall Group Award in the Garda Youth Achievement Awards for their ongoing charity work with the Cara Projects in Kenya. This was announced on a special programme on Radio Kerry on Saturday evening. It is was nice to hear from Paddy O Connor from the Cara Projects praising Faye and Molly highly. There was also a message from Edwina, one of the girls in Kenya thanking the girls. The girls are a credit to themselves, to their families and to the school. Likewise, congratulations to Maisie and Edie Hall who were also awarded a Garda Youth Achievement Award for a variety of excellent work that they have done with primary pupils in Stradbally and Castlegregory.
