The 5th Year John Paul Awards take place this Thursday evening (11th May) at 7:30pm in Waterford Cathedral. Good luck to all of our students involved.

Europe Day May 9th

Today is Europe Day. On May 9th each year we celebrate peace and unity in Europe, while marking the anniversary of the ‘Schuman declaration,’ and end of WWII in Europe. This is highlighted in the TY EPAS programme. Last Friday our junior ambassadors travelled to the awards ceremony in Cashel where they met with MEPs. Yesterday, these students along with our Italian senior students met with the deputy Italian Ambassador to Ireland on his visit to BCS. Keep an eye out for QR codes around school today which share European song playlists and quizzes. Happy Europe Day!
