On the 28th of April, the students of class 3C intend to hold a Bake Sale to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society. We intend to hold the bake sale outside the Home Economics room in the sixth-year area at break and lunch.

BCS Creative Writing Community Links project in Action. BCS students will take part in a creative writing exhibition at Lismore Library on the 16_23 May. We would like to welcome all BCS students who would like to showcase their creative writing pieces to contact Ms. Howard or Mr.O Brien.

5th year students attended the School summit careers event held in SETU arena today. A very interesting day of speakers and stalls from both career and education sectors. Congratulations to Rian Mernin on winning a prize on the day.

Due to bus issue the under 14 hurlers are slightly delayed and will now arrive back in Lismore at 5.30 - 5.45 pm.

The Waterford Schools T&F competition will take place in the RSC on Wed 26th April.
  • Minor U14 1/7/2023 - 100m, 800m 1500m, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot, Discus and Relay.
  • Junior U15 1/7/2023 - Above events + Triple Jump and Javelin.
  • Inter/Senior U19 1/1/2023 - All above events and 300m.
You can compete in 2 events MAX for your age group and a relay. Further details are on Teams.
Entries must be in by Friday 22nd. Send your name, date of birth and the events you would like to compete in by Friday at 1pm to Ms. Lineen.
