1st, 3rd and 5th yr Art classes each had very informative trips and talks from local Artists from Sult who are exhibiting their work in Bord na Mona buildings. 'Life Goes On' marks life in Newbridge following the British Army's departure from the town 100 years ago. Eleanor Swan, Brian O'Loughlin, Sylvia Hemmingway and Mary McGrath each spoke to the students about the works on display and the varied interpretations and responses to the theme taken by each Artist. It was a most interesting and worthwhile visit.
