A Thought from Pope Francis! “Rivers do not drink their own water. Trees do not eat their own fruit. The sun does not shine on itself. Flowers do not spread their fragrance for themselves. Living for others is a rule of nature. We are all born to help each other. No matter how difficult life is….. Life is good when you are happy. But much better when others are happy because of you.” And a Prayer from Pope Francis! “Let us pray for many people who are dying alone, without being able to say goodbye to their loved ones. Let us pray also for the families who cannot accompany their loved ones on that journey.” As May begins we place every member of the Friary Family under the continued guidance, patronage and protection of Mary our Mother of Good Counsel.
