Our TYs have been busy recently planting over 50 native trees around the school as part of their Gaisce Program. Our thanks to James Daly of Killorglin Tidy Towns who has been assisting our students with the planting and also educating them about the important role trees play in the fight against climate change. It's hard to believe but Ireland has the lowest forest cover in all of the EU! If you would like some trees planted in your area please contact moshea@isk.ie. and we will do our best to facilitate it.
