A letter will issue to Parents/Guardians on Friday with details of returning to Mount Carmel. In brief the following are the return dates for each year group: Registration Dates: Thursday 26th August 6th year prefect meeting 11am 6th year LC/LCA 2 registrations 12pm Friday 27th August 1st Year student Induction 9am-12pm 3rd year registration 10am Monday 30th August 2nd Year registration 9.20am 5th Year/ LCA1 registrations 10.00am Tuesday 31st August 1st Year registration 9.20am TY (4th year) registration 10.00am Wednesday 1st September Classes as normal 8.40am-1pm

To get the year off to a great start, Teen-Turn are offering free online classes in LC Maths and Biology/ Science. Why not ask your daughter to sign up - all activities are free!. It will be of great benefit to all students next year, if they have some of the LC course completed this year..... Teen-Turn is offering FREE after school activities on our virtual channels again this autumn, as below. Making Payments Through SHOP in App

As the main banks continue to upgrade their 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) security procedures it has caused some issues within the 3D Secure process for some card holders. Your bank must have a mobile number assigned to your Debit/Credit card in order to send you the OTP (one Time password) via SMS/Text Message. If your bank does not have a mobile number assigned to your card this verification process cannot be completed and you may not be able to make payment if 3D Security checks are implemented. The Unique Schools App Team are developing an option for parents to overcome some of the incorrect “Payment failed" errors being generated by the banks. You will be able to complete the payment on a desktop or laptop browser. This feature will be live within the next 2 weeks and we will notify you of this. 'Parenting is the easiest thing in the world to have an opinion about, but the hardest thing in the world to do'. If you would like to attend a six week course to explore strategies and approaches to strengthen the parent/child relationship and build resilience, this could be for you. 'Ride the waves' will be held on zoom on Tuesdays from the 7th of September - 12th October. If you are interested, contact Sonya on 0860296919.
