Massive congratulations to the First Year Camogie team who won the Cork Colleges First Year Blitz today in Mallow Sports Complex. The girls battled it out with Coláiste an Phiarsaigh in the final and came out on top! It was a thrilling game! Huge well done to all of them!

Any band members who would be interested in performing for tomorrow’s Open Night meet at BO2 between 6.00-6.15pm. No pressure, no stress. We’ll jam a bit of the Galway Girl and Seven Nation Army. Participation is entirely voluntary but I’m very proud of you all so I’d love to see ye there.

The Waterford colleges Senior hurling blitz takes place on Thursday in carriganore at 10.30 players will be leaving school at 8.45 and return in time for buses. 
Under 15 Hurling training tomorrow after school.

Under 17 Hurlers take on Glanmire CC tomorrow at 12.30pm in Buck Learys Cross Sars Pitch Two. Players are leaving school at 10.15 and will return at 4pm. All support would be greatly appreciated.
Soroptimist Public Speaking Competition

Any students from 4th, 5th or 6th year who are interested in participating in the Soroptimist public speaking competition are asked to contact Ms McKay before end of Monday 9th October. This is a female only public speaking event held in Dungarvan, competing against other schools.

  1. 1st/2nd years - Youth Cafe on Tuesdays 4-5.30 (almost full)
    3rd Years - Study Group Thursdays 4 - 5.30
    4th/5th/6th years - Youth Cafe Wednesdays 1.30-3pm
    Students will have limited access to computers/printers.
    They are limited to 15 people in any of the groups.
    If young people are interested in attending any of the groups, parents need to make contact with Michelle or Shauna via email/phone.

Reminder that there is a 1st Year Camogie Blitz tomorrow in Mallow GAA Complex. Leaving at 9am and returning at 2:30pm. Please ensure that you bring a packed lunch and spare clothes in case the weather bad. Reminder it is €2 for the bus.
