Munster Final

Our Under 17 hurlers have qualified for the Munster final. It is taking place this Thursday at 12.30 in Pairc Ui Caoimh. Supporters buses for students involved in extra curricular activities will be leaving the school at 11.00am if you wish to attend the cost of the buses will be €15 and must be given to Mr O Connor @ small break tomorrow. This will be the only time to book your place on the bus as we have to confirm numbers for buses at lunch time tomorrow.

Santa at the Strand Thursday 5.15 till 6pm
Can all students who committed to singing please come along on Thursday. We will have a short practice after school and then will walk to the Castle carpark. A bus will transfer us to the Strand and return to carpark after we sing. Let's put on our best performance and smiles for the children!!

Santa at the strand

Thursday 30th Nov 5.15-6.00pm
Calling all singers in the school to join a group of enthusiastic singers to perform Christmas carols and songs. Performance will take place from 5.15-6.00pm. Students will walk with teachers from school to the carpark at the castle where they will be transferred by bus to the strand and returned again to be collected by parents after the performance. Practise will take place at lunchtime tomorrow Tuesday at 1.05pm in music room with Ms Tobin and Mr Mccarthy (bring your lunch).

As a mark of solidarity with the people of Gaza, Israel, Ukraine, Yemen, Sudan and other war torn places on our planet, we are holding a short prayer followed by one minute silence at the beginning of period 2 on Monday 27th November. We are also asking that students would bring in 2 euros in aid of Trocaire and give it to their tutor that morning.
Junior C Ladies Football

Our junior C ladies football team play Pobalscoil na Trionóide, Youghal at 11am in Youghal tomorrow (Fri, 24th Nov). Students must first attend tutor meeting and will then meet at the junior entrance. Please ensure that you have what you need for your last two classes as we will be back for these. Don’t forget your gumshield, lunch and €2 for the bus. Please let Ms Guildea, Ms Ryan or Ms Dunlea know if you cannot travel.
