Congratulations to the Cappoquin/BCS junior 16 National Rowing Championships 2023, Luca Madden, Bill Murphy, Cillian Aherne and Michael McGrath (National Rowing Champions). They won at the National Rowing Centre,Farran, by a considerable distance.

There is under 15 hurling training tomorrow morning at 7.30am please be there bring ur own bottle of water and wear runner we will be doing spinning and circuit training for 50 minutes.
