The Waterford Schools T&F competition will take place in the RSC on Wed 26th April.
  • Minor U14 1/7/2023 - 100m, 800m 1500m, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot, Discus and Relay.
  • Junior U15 1/7/2023 - Above events + Triple Jump and Javelin.
  • Inter/Senior U19 1/1/2023 - All above events and 300m.
You can compete in 2 events MAX for your age group and a relay. Further details are on Teams.
Entries must be in by Friday 22nd. Send your name, date of birth and the events you would like to compete in by Friday at 1pm to Ms. Lineen.

The boys had great day out they started with a win versus Carrick CBS and then went to tramore for some team building.

Match tomorrow Friday v Carrick CBS in Piltown bus leaving school @ 9.30am please try your best to be there as it is last game before quarter final on Tuesday. 
We are also doing a team building activity after the match so we should be back in Lismore by 5.30pm please bring €15 to cover cost of bus and activity. 
Also bring packed lunch or money to buy lunch.

Wishing the very best of luck to all Leaving Cert students who will sit their oral exams starting tomorrow Saturday. Reminder that for Oral exams in Gaeilge, French and German that full black & grey school uniform must be worn.

Junior Debating trip to Clonmel

Our Junior Debating team travelled to Clonmel on Tuesday for a series of friendly debates with Raheen College. They debated motions on a range of topics chosen by the students, including space exploration and moving to a cashless society. The students were complimented on their debating skills and research and they did a fantastic job.  
Well done and thanks to Raheen College for hosting us! 
School Tour for 2nd Years - Barcelona Oct 2023

A school tour to Barcelona is planned for present 2nd year students in October 2023. This is an optional tour and there is no pressure on parents/guardians to send their child on this trip.

Details and forms for tour are available from Tina's office on Thursday and Friday.

Congratulations to 2G who won the second year soccer league defeating 2F on a score of 2-0. Their prize was winning Easter Eggs for their whole class and tutor.
